Seward Saints
Mathias has averaged 23,25 points in his last four games for the Seward Saints with a season high 37 pts in the before last game and 3 made threes in the last one. The 2024 period at Seward (17 games) with an average of 16, 29 ppg was a considerable improvement compared to the first part of the season. In the 2025 FIBA AfroBasket Qualifiers was instrumental to Madagascar's win vs. Egypt with a game best 26 evaluation (18pts, 9rbs, 5ast, 3stl). Finished the event with 13,3ppg, 5,7rpg and 4apg. Top scorer of the 2023 FIBA World Cup U19 with an average of 24,1ppg with 28 vs the USA and 33 vs France. He has impressed for his fluidity and "next level" skills. Scouted and recruited during the event, he has been considered an NBA prospect after his already good showings at the NBA Global Event in Salt Lake City in February '23 and his previous MVP title at the 2022 FIBA AfroBasket (N.1 in scoring at 20,8ppg, N.1 in assists at 5.0apg, and N.1 in FT% at 89,4) helping Madagascar qualify to a World Cup for the first time in history.

Elan Chalon
Spent three seasons at Elan Chalon recruited by Ali Bouziane for the U18 team. In his last 2022/2023 season at Elan Chalon Mathias played a total of 20 games averaging 13,65 points. He also played in 16 U21 "espoirs" games averaging 22:3 minutes 8,06 points, 2,75 assists and 1,63 rebounds per game.

Started playing at a very young age inspired by his father who thought him his first skills. As a U15 player at Hyeres Toulon Var Basket in the 2019/20 season, Mathias was the regional top scorer and ranked N. 6 nationally with an average of 24,95 points per game. In February 2020 he enrolled the Fidesport Elite Program.
